TREMCO TREMstop IA

TREMstop IA is a single component, water-based, intumescent acrylic firestop sealant that expands to fill any void caused when combustible materials burn. TREMstop IA is a unique firestopping sealant that has been tested at independent laboratories to treat 95 percent of the applications commonly encountered on a project. TREMstop IA has exceptional sealant qualities, including superb unprimed adhesion, easy gunning, and the ability to be painted once fully cured.

TREMCO TREMstop Acrylic

TREMstop Acrylic (GG) is a single component, water-based, acrylic firestop sealant. TREMstop Acrylic (GG) allows for plus or minus 25 percent movement in fire-rated joints. TREMstop Acrylic (GG) is an economical choice for 2 to 3 hour fire-rated penetrations and up to a 3 hour fire rating for up to 3 inch joints. TREMstop Acrylic is also available in a sprayable grade that is compatible with the gun grade.

TREMCO TREMstop Acrylic Spray

TREMstop Acrylic Spray is a single-component, water-based, acrylic firestop sealant. TREMstop Acrylic Spray, a high performance, elastomeric, antifungal sealant,is capable of plus or minus 25 percent movement in a fire-rated joint. TREMstop Acrylic is available in a gun grade that is compatible with the sprayable grade.

TREMstop Acrylic Spray is a specially formulated acrylic for firestop applications. These applications include metallic pipe, insulated pipe, and construction joints. TREMstop Acrylic Spray is ideal for head-of-wall applications with long joint runs where a sprayable sealant offers significant labor savings.

TREMCO TREMstop Silicone (Fyre-Sil)

TREMstop Silicone is a single-component, neutral cure silicone firestopping sealant. This elastomeric high performance sealant is capable of plus or minus 25 percent movement in a fire-rated joint. TREMstop Silicone is available in self-leveling (SL) or non-sag gun grade (GG) for ASTM E-814 through penetrations. TREMstop Silicone is tested for up to a four hour fire rating by independent laboratories and is approved for both through penetrations and joint applications.

TREMstop Silicone is approved by Agricultural Canada and Health and Welfare Canada for use in food processing plants.

TREMCO TREMstop Smoke & Sound Sealant

TREMstop Smoke & Sound Sealant is a high-performance acrylic sealant formulated to provide a pliable seal with minimum shrinkage that affords code compliance when used on smoke rated partitions.

Tremco has been a leading supplier of accoustical sealants for more than 30 years. TREMstop Smoke & Sound Sealant application to joints, voids and penetrations normally found in building construction is recommended to reduce the Sound Transmission Characteristics (STC) of interior walls, ceilings and floors consistent with ASTM C-919.

It is ideal for interior joints that will be painted, such as door and window frame perimeters and precast concrete plank joints.

TREMCO Fyre-Caulk

Fyre-Caulk is an intumescent acrylic sealant designed for use on commonly encountered applications where both combustible and noncombustible penetrations are present.

Fyre-Caulk is for use with metal pipe, plastic pipe, insulated pipe, cables, ducts and multiple penetrations in both wood floor/ceiling assemblies and gypsum wall assemblies. It is approved for use on CPVC.

TREMCO TREMstop Smoke & Sound Spray

TREMCO TREMstop WS

TREMstop WS is a graphite-based intumescent wrap strip used to treat combustible penetrations. Under heat, TREMstop WS creates a hard char to prevent the spread of flame, smoke, toxic fumes and water through voids created when combustible penetrations burn.

TREMstop WS is a highly flexible laminate that is easy to work with, handle, cut and manipulate. The amount of wrap strips necessary is determined by independent testing based upon the type of penetration and the amount of time for which the building assembly is rated. During a fire, TREMstop WS will expand up to 10 times its normal size.

TREMCO TREMstop PS

TREMstop PS is a fire containment pillow system designed for easy sealing of through penetrations involving cables and cable trays. TREMstop PS pillows consist of a moisture resistant, durable, fiberglass bag filled with a unique intumescent material.

When subjected to heat and flames, the intumescent material expands to fill the constraints of the pillow. Properly installed, this effectively blocks the passage of the flames through the areas where the cables and cable jackets may have burned away or where the cable tray itself may have become deformed. The intumescent material within TREMstop PS is dust-free, making it ideal for computer and clean room applications.

TREMCO TREMstop MP

TREMstop MP is a moldable, intumescent putty available in easy-to-use pad form for electrical outlet boxes. TREMstop MP exhibits great adhesion and remains pliable, allowing for easy retrofit. The TREMstop MP is specially designed to fit a common 4S electrical outlet box.

TREMCO TREMstop Putty

TREMstop Putty is a moldable, intumescent putty available in easy-to-use stick form for electrical applications. TREMstop Putty exhibits great adhesion and remains pliable allowing for easy retrofit. TREMstop Putty is applied by hand, allowing for quick installation. TREMstop Putty also reduces sound transmission through assemblies.

TREMCO TREMstop Strap

TREMstop Strap is a state-of-the-art system that provides easily installed firestopping to your closed or vented plumbing systems. This new intumescent strap can be used in place of a traditional collar firestopping device. It is simple to install by wrapping the strap around the pipe, fastening the ends to each other with the attached tab and sliding it into place in the annular space. This easily installed system does not require fasteners reducing installation time.

Available in 1 1/2", 2", 3" and 4" diameters for most PVC, CPVC, ccPVS, ABC, ccABS and FRPP applications.

TREMCO TREMstop Composite Sheet

TREMstop Composite Sheet is an intumescent firestopping board specifically designed to seal large openings in fire-rated walls, including those surrounding both horizontal and vertical cable trays. The intumescent material of the TREMstop Composite Sheet is bonded to a galvanized steel sheet and, when exposed to the high temperatures of a fire, will expand to prevent the passage of smoke and flame.

TREMstop Composite Sheet is lightweight and has a low profile width eliminating the need for specialized equipment. It can easily be cut to fit irregular shapes and requires no mixing or damming to install creating a clean application perfect for telecommunications applications. In addition, TREMstop Composite Sheet is ideal for both new construction and retrofit applications.

TREMCO TREMstop Electrical Box Insert

TREMstop Electrical Box Insert is a single-step method of firestopping metallic electrical boxes. The intumescent pad adheres to the inside back panel of the electrical box and, when exposed to the high temperatures of a fire, expands to seal off the opening and prevent the spread of flames.

Applied by hand, TREMstop Electrical Box Insert is both easy to install and cost effective. It can be installed either before or after the wallboard or as a retrofit. The low profile width leaves more box space compared to competitive pads.

TREMstop Electrical Box Insert is available in three sizes to fit industry standard electrical boxes up to 4-11/16 in. x 4-11/16 in. x 2-1/8 in.

TREMstop Electrical Box Insert is tested at UL and classified as a Wall Opening Protective Material for use with U400 and V400 series walls.

TREMCO TREMstop QuickComm

TREMstop QuickComm is a new, patent-pending method for firestopping telecomm, electrical and fiber-optic cables that requires only minimal alterations to the firestop component when cables are either added or removed.

Designed in coordination with a telecommunications industry professional, the TREMstop QuickComm system is designed to accomodate frequent cable installation or removal. Simply pass the cable through the firestop and the flexible foam barrier, add TREMstop Putty Stick for a smoke seal and the installation is complete.

TREMstop QuickComm maximizes the cable allowance in the opening and is UL tested for large openings with 100% visual cable fill.

The steel frame and unique intumescent channels are sturdy enough to stand up to constant modification and use.

TREMCO TREMstop QuickComm Sleeve

The TREMstop QuickComm Sleeve is a state-of-the-art, patented and retrofitable firestopping system comprised of a corrosion resistant metallic shell and molded intumescent liner. It is a pass-through sleeve system specifically designed for use with though penetrations containing cables or innerduct.

This one-step system is a quick, simple and test-proven method of firestopping cables while maintaining an aesthetic architectural finish. The TREMstop QuickComm Sleeve is easily installed in the rough-in stage or as a retrofit. It does not require screws, pull tabs, special equipment or compaction of insulation material. Installation can be completed by the electrical or cabling contractor at any stage of construction.

TREMCO TREMstop D

TREMstop D is a pre-fabricated collar device used to firestop combustible pipe penetrations. TREMstop D is a combination of TREMstop MCR and TREMstop WS formed into a specific-sized device. Installing TREMstop D will save on labor costs associated with the cutting, measuring and installation of the field fabricated TREMstop WS/MCR system. TREMstop D is available in sizes ranging from 1.5 in. to 12 in. to fit industry standard pipe diameters.

TREMstop D uses a hose clamp sealing system for securing the device around the penetrating items. The hose clamp sealing system is necessary for odd pipe sizes or pipes where it is impossible to close a fixed clamp sealing system. The device is simple to install using a power driver or a screw driver.

TREMCO TREMstop MCR

TREMstop MCR is a metal restricting collar to be used in conjunction with TREMstop WS to provide a field-fabricated device to firestop combustible penetrations. TREMstop MCR is designed for use where the TREMstop WS/MCR system will be fabricated or where the TREMstop D is not desired. The primary purpose of the TREMstop MCR is to direct the intumescent action of the TREMstop WS inward to fill all voids created when combustible penetrations burn.

TREMstop MCR is made of 28-gauge steel, permitting easy manipulation. It is zinc coated, reducing sharp edges. TREMstop MCR is available in two profile sizes to coordinate with the TREMstop WS.

TREMCO TREMstop Fire Mortar

TREMstop Fire Mortar is a fire containment mortar used in conjunction with other Tremco products to provide a complete firestop system.

TREMstop Fire Mortar is a fire resistive microsilica compound used to close large annular spaces to make a through penetration easier to treat with a tested firestop system. Its rust red color makes it easily identifiable as a firestop product that can be used in conjunction with other Tremco firestopping products.

TREMstop Fire Mortar provides high fire resistance, an excellent thermal insulation barrier and high impact resistance.

TREMCO TREMstop Fyre-Can

TREMstop Fyre-Can is a cast-in-place intumescent device used to firestop noncombustible and combustible pipe penetrations through concrete floor assemblies. The prefabricated TREMstop Fyre-Can is comprised of an outer metallic sleeve, the necessary amount of TREMstop WS and a cold smoke seal neoprene gasket to provide the required fire rating.

It is available in a range of diameters to accommodate industry standard pipe sizes and comes in three lengths to match concrete floor thickness.

TREMCO TREMstop CIPC Tub Box

TREMstop CIP Tub Box is a one piece firestop device installed during the forming stage of construction. It is a quick and simple method of firestopping PVC pipe that does not require firestopping sealant or compaction of insulation material.

TREMstop CIP Tub Box takes less time to install than current competitive systems. Its robust design provides the endurance needed during a concrete pour.

TREMstop CIP Tub Box is custom made to meet the height requirements for slabs with a minimum thickness of 6.5 inches.

TREMCO TREMstop CIPC Water Closet

TREMstop CIPP Plastic is a cast-in-place pass thru device designed for plastic pipe applications in concrete floors, hollowcore concrete and fluted deck assemblies.

Available in preset heights 3" and greater, TREMstop CIPP Plastic eliminates the need for field-fabricated extensions for thick concrete slabs.

The plastic fastening flange and extension sleeve are designed to be rugged enough to withstand the force and heat of a concrete pour yet lightweight enough to permit easy placement and handling.

The breakaway tabs on the sides of the fastening flange allow for multiple units to be placed close together and allow small diameter units to fit within the stud cavity.
