Johns Manville's Zeston PVC division is one of the leading manufacturers of PVC fitting covers and jacketing systems. Zeston PVC fitting covers are precisely molded to fit all pipe sizes (copper and iron) and all available insulation thicknesses. Zeston PVC fitting covers come in standard white however, each fitting cover and jacket is available in a wide variety of bright colors. Johns Manville fiberglass insert blankets are available for most fitting covers to provide full insulation thermal value without compression.
Zeston Fittings Have Three Closure Methods:
- Z-Tape: A white vinyl tape used to tape the outside of the PVC fitting cover on cold systems.
- Z-Tacks: White serrated thumb tacks used to hold the PVC fitting covers cold on hot systems.
- Permaweld: An adhesive that is used to bond the PVC closed for a water tight closure.
