Description:

Alley-K is a preformed cylindrical pipe insulation composed of high quality glass fibers, bonded together with a thermosetting resin. The lightweight, one-piece pipe sections are manufactured with a single seam that opens to receive the pipe and snaps closed after it is in place, thereby allowing for easy installation. A vapor retarder jacket is available for outdoor or cold process temperature applications.

Uses:

Alley-K is intended as a thermal insulation for hot and cold service piping from -20°F(-29°C) to 850°F(450°C). Typical uses include: domestic hot and cold water, hot water heating, high temperature, dual temperature, steam, condensate and refrigerated lines. As a component of a suitable insulation system, unjacketed Alley-K may be used for hot lines, while Alley-K with SSL jacket may be used for cold lines or outdoor applications, with proper weather proofing.

MANSON FIBERGLASS BOARD INSULATION

Manson's AK BOARD is a rigid, lightweight board produced from flame attenuated glass fibres. The extremely fine, long glass fibres are bonded with a thermosetting binder. AK BOARD has excellent thermal and acoustical characteristics. It is available in yellow or black; plain, or with a smooth and rigid glass mat surface (HD).

Uses:

Manson AK BOARD is used for thermal and acoustical insulation on flat or rectangular surfaces and large diameter vessels. Some typical applications include ducts, flues, air-handling equipment, power generation systems, process vessels, and tanks.

MANSON AKOUSTI-LINER

AKOUSTI-LINER is a flexible duct liner providing both thermal and acoustical insulation. It is manufactured from flame attenuated glass fibres bonded with a thermosetting binder. The air stream surface, faced with a black coated mat bonded to the black fibreglass substrate, contains a water repellant EPA registered anti-microbial coating that reduces the potential of microbial growth that may affect this product. AKOUSTI-LINER is offered with or without edge coating to seal fibres.

AKOUSTI-LINER is a durable, flexible liner used extensively in flat and irregular shaped ductwork.

AKOUSTI-LINER R® is a rigid duct liner that provides both thermal and acoustical insulation. It is manufactured from flame attenuated glass fibers that are bonded with a thermosetting binder. The air stream surface is faced with a rigid black coated mat bonded to the fibreglass substrate.

USES:

AKOUSTI-LINER R® is a premium, extra durable rigid liner for use on flat duct surfaces. Some typical applications include fan plenums and air-conditioning systems.

MANSON ALLEY-WRAP FIBERGLASS DUCTWRAP INSULATION

ALLEY WRAP is a lightweight, highly resiliant blanket insulation. Manufactured from high quality flame attenuated glass fibres, ALLEY WRAP has excellent thermal and acoustical properties. The fine, long glass fibres are bonded with a thermosetting binder.

USES:

ALLEY WRAP is used to insulate round or irregular shaped ductwork and equipment. Besides being an excellent thermal insulation, ALLEY WRAP has exceptional acoustic properties that makes it ideal for use in any application that requires sound attenuation.
